I'm trying to figure out what to do with Una. She seems to be one of my most popular characters, so I'm looking for the right story to tell with her. I had a friend who's a teen fantsy novelist suggest that I adapt the characte for a young adult audience. Obviously, a nursing mother in her early twenties isn't really going to play to teens but, if I fastforward a few years to Annora as a young adult, I suddenly have a story to tell. And I don't have to change Una's history either. So here are some ideas about what a thirty-something Una would look like, and Annora as a young teenager.
