MEAT!

Happy memorial day, guys! ...even though I've worked all morning...I do have this waiting for me in the back yard...

5lbs of beef brisket & 10lbs of pork butt smoking over apple and hickory. Sprayed lovingly every half hour with Sam Adams Summer Ale. (AKA, ATLAND-sized portions)

Smoking for 5 hours now...3 more to go!!!
